## What is NeckTree?

NeckTree turns supported AirPods and compatible Beats headphones with head tracking into a lightweight posture-awareness companion for your iPhone.

Start a focused posture session to see your current forward angle, posture state, session time, and today’s score at a glance. When your head stays beyond the angle threshold you choose, NeckTree can send a gentle notification and haptic reminder.

Privacy
