## What is Necro Dice?

In the modern age, paranormal investigators use many tools to communicate with spirits. Ouija Boards, Spirit Boxes, radios and apps are just a few of the many tools they use but cultures have been using tools to communicate with spirits for ages. 

Cleromancy, the practice of contacting divine truth via random castings of dice (or bones) stretches back before recorded history. Astragalomancy, is a form of divination that uses dice marked with letters. In fact, many ancient cultures have various forms of dice divination.

Necro Dice is a modern version of this ancient practice. This app means to combine the ancient and modern forms of communication in a completely new and unique way. Users seeking answers or messages can roll the dice with a simple tap of the screen. Once the user’s intention has been cast through the rolling of the dice, it is up to the spirits to communicate by influencing the randomization of letters to form words. This phenomenon of spirit communication through the manipulation of electronic devices has been well documented for several decades.

Necro Dice functions by generating a handful of dice with random letters assigned to each of the six faces of each dice. These dice are then simulated with an advanced physics engine that handles dice to table and dice to dice collisions. When the physics simulation completes and the dice settle the result is a jumble of letters shown on the top face of the dice. Normally when using dice, the user is then required to inspect the dice to try and find words in this jumble of letters. This app uses a proprietary algorithm to inspect the top faces of the dice and try to match words and names to a dictionary. A word is chosen from the jumble of letters based on many factors including distance, length, location and relevance. Once a word is detected in the dice,  the app will highlight the individual letters on the dice and display the word on the screen. A list of words rolled since the start of the app can be accessed in the word log by pressing the button at the lower left of the screen.

I don’t see any relation to anything I ask before I roll the dice.  Is this thing real?  I don’t think so but the graphics and sounds are cool I guess.  Not too sure I would waste time using this during an investigation ANYWHERE.

i got a couple spooky things come up that i do think were meant for me to see and connected to something deeper than a phone app but i urge the developer to do a deep overhaul on the programming it repeats exact words and phrases to a point where it's not relevant, it's obviously a limitation of the app's programming. it should be designed to identify a wider possibility of words and less redundancy of possible phrases. it's like watching a 3 minute video that has 30 minutes of advertising you can't skip, at that point there's no reason to watch the video. i think some things definitely came thru on this app that had me very alert but i know it's crammed in with a bunch of routine phrases and words the app can't help but keep regurgitating. the possibility for a clear encounter using this is either very low or impossible to accurately decipher because of it.

Overpriced for what it is. It just spits random words that are programmed in. TheBalesky must go through the words till she finds what she wants or makes up a story based around the words. It doesn’t work that well for spirit, it’s just a game.

I would really like to have a refund of this app. I just bought it today, and I am not impressed with it what so ever. The phrases repeat often, nothing makes sense, and there are clearly many other words that can be formed from the roll than what the app choses. That being said, please consider my request, so that I can instead purchase your more professional app, the Signal Spirit communication app. I am on a fixed disability income, and I sadly will not be able to get your better app unless you refund this one. I do own your Necrophonic app that I bought a few years ago, and I have really liked it. I just want a more evolved app, that is made for actual experiences, instead of this one, which seems to be just an entertainment game for children to spook  each other. Thank you for your time. I hope to hear something soon. You can teach me with the apple store information.

Tap to roll message is in the way of the message being relayed by the app(makes it impossible to read what it says!…(and somebody monkeyed with because it used to be fine before?!🙄😵‍💫. (👻can’t read anything rendering the app useless to use👻)
