They provided this app for us and the creators did a great job! Especially so that our HR team asks us what we think should be a good challenge so we can receive more points! I’ve noticed in other places I have worked employees don’t feel recognized for their hard work and sometimes it can be hard for them to keep improving and a vast majority of people using this app would say it’s helped them feel more confident in their work place than other places they have worked. I wasn’t happy when I tired to redeem my points for something like I suppose to. Please fix these problems! ### 1/5 — Always buggy *2024-11-26, version 5.0.1* Every time I try to use the app it has me sig in again, even if I had just barely signed in. It also keeps saying new device detected even though I’ve had my current phone for over a year. And then if I try to log in more than twice it locks me out saying I’ve attempted to log in too many times…. Make it make sense….. ### 1/5 — Great Platform. Atrocious App *2023-08-11* We love Nectar. They need to pull the app from the store though and just tell everyone they only have desktop until they can get a functional app together. There are a few missing features, but the main issue is the consistent predictable crashing. Everyone at our company that uses an iPhone can’t scroll past more than 3-5 shoutouts without the app crashing. It’s also a really long crash which is weird. It genuinely builds team comradery and lifts our culture. I’ve made it a habit to send shoutouts as often as possible because I've seen firsthand how much it means to people. It’s an instant way to let your teammates know that their hard work is noticed and that they actually matter. In fact, the culture of recognition on this app has become so second nature to me that I catch myself trying to send "shoutouts" to people in my everyday life outside of work, before remembering it’s just a work thing! If you want to boost morale and create a workplace where people feel genuinely valued, Nectar is the way to go.
