Why even have an app!

The app doesn’t work at all. The settings won’t generate at all to even connect the bed.

You can’t just open the app and use it. This app has to be connected every time. That’s fine, it’s just an extra step. It doesn’t have all the functions that the remote has (I wish I could find my remote).

I am a tech savvy person who connects a diverse array of Bluetooth devices daily. The bed or this app (or both) don’t work. 
Judging from other reviews, no one is doing anything to fix the issue(s).

I’m torn on the starts. I use it - but it has very limited functionality. 

First - ignore the owners manual (it even has the app name wrong)… to discover your bed unplug it plug it in wait a few seconds (there is no button on your bed to press) open the app (not bluetooth settings on your phone) then tap settings and the bed should be there then tap the name on the name of your bed (it’s on the manual) to connect your bed. 

I have a split king (so two adjustable beds) and sometimes I have to reconnect it (after I leave the house 😣). Since I can’t name each side of the bed so I have to remember the bed number (that’s dumb) they need to fix this. 
 
You can’t set the memory “button” in the app and setting it on the remote doesn’t work as described in the manual. 

You can’t do more than turn on and keep pressing the same button for lights or massage to toggle through unseen settings. The remote has more features!  I expect an app have more features than a remote.  

It functions - but at a minimum level. It is the most basic app ever. 

At least I can see my phone in the dark to adjust the bed.

The settings menu just loads and gives up with just a blank screen, no option to even try and start paring.

This app is a life saver. Connecting and pairing was easy and it worked on two devices. A+.

Run the app and give it permission to use bluetooth and discover devices. THEN power off / on, go to app settings and pair the app with the bed. App gives you basic up/down controls, massage and four presets: flat, reading, snoring and ZG. No support for M1/M2, TV or lights.  No support for split beds so not very useful if you have one - you have to disconnect/connect one side at a time.   DEVS - please add support for split beds!
