THEN power off / on, go to app settings and pair the app with the bed. App gives you basic up/down controls, massage and four presets: flat, reading, snoring and ZG. No support for M1/M2, TV or lights. No support for split beds so not very useful if you have one - you have to disconnect/connect one side at a time. DEVS - please add support for split beds! ### 2/5 — stopped working *2025-04-27, version 1.0* this was a super convenient app that worked well-- then i went out of town for a couple months, and when i returned, i could no longer connect. i redownloaded the app, unplugged the bed, messed with my wifi/bluetooth settings, etc., and still won't connect. with no way to diagnose the problem, can't use the app anymore. ### 3/5 — App works fine. Connecting and pairing was easy and it worked on two devices. A+. ### 5/5 — In the wise words of The IT Crowd…. *2025-03-13, version 1.0* “have you tried turning it off and then back on again….?” Saw a bunch of reviews saying that they couldn’t get it connected but my husband and I just opened the app to connect via Bluetooth, unplugged our beds for 10 seconds, let it reboot (as you would for a desktop or laptop computer) and then it connected immediately! No more worrying about misplacing our controllers. You can do everything from the app that you can with the remote. Totally worth it! Just have to treat it as you would a general computer than needs to go through a power cycle. ### 5/5 — Even better than before *2025-03-13, version 1.0* Really important to unplug the bed and plug back in before connecting the first time! It doesn’t have all the functions that the remote has (I wish I could find my remote). ### 3/5 — It works but … (this is for for nectar adjustable beds) *2025-07-04, version 1.0* I’m torn on the starts. I use it - but it has very limited functionality. First - ignore the owners manual (it even has the app name wrong)… to discover your bed unplug it plug it in wait a few seconds (there is no button on your bed to press) open the app (not bluetooth settings on your phone) then tap settings and the bed should be there then tap the name on the name of your bed (it’s on the manual) to connect your bed. I have a split king (so two adjustable beds) and sometimes I have to reconnect it (after I leave the house 😣). Since I can’t name each side of the bed so I have to remember the bed number (that’s dumb) they need to fix this. You can’t set the memory “button” in the app and setting it on the remote doesn’t work as described in the manual. You can’t do more than turn on and keep pressing the same button for lights or massage to toggle through unseen settings. The remote has more features! I expect an app have more features than a remote. It functions - but at a minimum level. It is the most basic app ever.
