SCAM!!!! *2024-09-08* unless you want your contact information to be erased.. I downloaded and I purchased the one year in advance plan going back to my text messages I see that all random contacts had their information missing. this ridiculously harmful app deleted contacts and I only realized it via my text messaging history as pictures names everything was missing. ### 1/5 — Native Contact manager worked better *2024-04-13* Tried to use alleged free trial they forced to sign up for subscription. Gave benefit of doubt, to date can’t get LinkedIn integration to work the AI assistant takes forever and still no response. ### 1/5 — No way to view app without paying *2024-04-02* You have to shell out 100+ or 40 dollars just to get access to anything. But was stopped during the set up process and prompted to upgrade to the paid version BEFORE I was able to try out the app. Thought this could be the perfect personal CRM, but without being able to try it, I guess I won’t know. ### 2/5 — Lots of Potential But Poor Customer Support and Bugs *2022-11-15* We were trying out several CRM apps, and strongly considered nection. During the seven day trial, we came across some bugs and reached out to support on a few different occasions. We have yet to receive any responses back from support; not sure if that’s because we aren't officially paying yet and they feel it’s not worth their time. We didn’t feel comfortable pulling the trigger on the full price until we knew the issues we were having were able to be resolved; reminders we set were defaulting to a date in the past, everyone’s birthday was defaulting to November 1st and we have to manually update everyone’s telephone number again in their contact information before we can use the messaging or call feature because it wants you to put the country code in first. Hope everyone else has better luck with support when they need it. We would need a much more stable platform and premium features to work properly before paying over $100. This is just the right amount of features. Ones like uphabit, dec become too complicated for a personal crm. When I had a problem, the support team followed up immediately and we’re able to fix it. The last one doesn’t just send to one channel, it allows me to set up various channels and make letter/text personalised.
