It's slow, it's not very user friendly, it has no Touch ID. It needs to catch up with the other bank apps. Can still do the necessary updates, but the ATM locator is still in needs of love. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Compromised security *2014-03-27, version 2.0* The internet website requires a correct profile number, PIN number AND password however the App Suite only requires a 5 digit pin. Why has Nedbank lowered the level of security? Correctly guessing one PIN number is infinitely easier than trying to guess 3 different numbers correctly. It stops working once a week where I have to redownload and re register the device. This if very frustrating and extremely pathetic service from a so called banking giant like Nedbank. I have spoken to other Nedbank account holders who use the app and most have the same issue. When running a business the last thing we need is inefficient and unreliable tools like this. Maintain Beneficiary function is broken and just throws Technical Error for each beneficiary selected. ### 1/5 — Bloated and Unintuitive *2017-07-26, version 3.0.3* Figure out what this app is for and then make it great. The app is currently a jack of all trades but a master of none. Take a page from ABSA's book. Their app was just as bad (if not worse) than this one, they've reinvented it through simplification and now it's a joy to use. You must figure out how to do TouchID too. Ask Discovery or ABSA for help if you're unsure. ### 1/5 — This app is awful *2017-02-05, version 3.0.3* The font is always too small, it is badly designed and the service calls are so slow.
