This is stupid please revert. ### 2/5 — Unhappy *2026-02-16, version 9.2.7* This is a complaint about not receiving my funds/ not having my funds converted every time I receive an international payment for salary paid by my employer even when I provide statements and let it be known that I will be receiving payments every month but I am still being sent emails to confirm the international payments to go through regardless of my responses each time. I am still delayed even when I confirm for my funds to be converted. I am very unhappy about this. ### 2/5 — Missing Transactions *2025-04-03, version 9.1.0* I was astonished to see that my NEDBANK Money app did not show some transactions that are shown when you log into the website. Raised with NEDBANK as urgent. Customers are much more likely to reply on their app these days and make decisions based on what is or isn’t present. As a former IT Consultant it shows a lack of quality control in their software release process. ### 3/5 — Fail to include decimals on payments *2024-11-05* The new App doesn’t allow to pay figures with decimals on an iPhone 15 with iOS 17.4.1. Email shortcut opens email, but uses a bogus recipient in To field. You can’t even permanently turn it off. I don’t turn it off for the app in my settings because of me actually getting a single notification about my account. Need to have a look at how FNB does things. ### 1/5 — Good ideas but badly implemented *2021-08-19* The app has good features but the implementation is badly done and it looks like the server infrastructure is also very bad. For example the customer chat has a 5 minute timeout and while the operator busy checks the user’s problem the chat automatically disconnects and the user can’t chat with the same operator again. Even if the user sends every 4 minutes a keep alive message it looks like that the app has its own timeout and automatically logs off the user while he busy chats with the operator. Nedbank please can you also invest in your server infrastructure that the app works properly and does not show server errors. ### 1/5 — Worst banking App *2021-08-02, version 7.8.4* This App has by far the most complicated system to do payments. What happened to the simplistic system where you can just fill in the recipient information i.e. IBAN, Name etc. And the amount and finished? Sending me a notification every day saying that I’m missing out will force me to close my Nedbank account. So that’s what I did … updated … and when clicking the open button … goes back to the same screen that says I need to update. Absolutely useless ### 1/5 — Nedbank Customer Service *2024-08-30, version 8.9.7* As a foreign account holder my only way to access my account is via the money app. I have been trying for over 8 months to update details so that I can access my account. Only a few small issues *2021-04-14, version 7.7.6* Was one of the early adopters of this app. It’s fantastic. There’s only a few small bugs/annoyances but otherwise works great. There’s consistent development with this app, more and more features are being added. 1)logs in kinda slow (maybe an animated loading icon at startup would help?) 2)there’s no clear all notifications button, you have to hold to select all which is unintuitive. 3)there was, but now removed, privacy screen.
