And my Acc was debited. I thought it was just a temporary glitch in the system. I tried today again and they debited my account but didn’t render the service. I tried calling all their customer service lines and non went through. ### 1/5 — NEDCo *2022-09-20* I’ve been trying to buy my prepaid on this app but you keep asking me to pay 3 cedis to GT bank and when I do, I don’t get my electricity. I’ve made those payments more then 5 times and you keep taking my money without given me my prepaid.
