The option for 7 day or 30 day is pointless and it doesn’t remember your setup. I preferred the 3 month graph. Recently the gauge became unresponsive for several days, resulting in an immediate drop from 48% to 11%. I’d like to suggest the app have additional notifications for a ‘stuck’ gauge based on recent temperature and historical usage. It would also be helpful to have the data provided in a spreadsheet format by month/day/% under another tab when looking at the graph. Without usable data, this app simply serves as a convenient way to check the remaining amount of propane without having to go outside to look at the tank gauge. This app could be much more user informative with a few tweaks. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2025-02-07, version 3.6* This is a handy app for knowing how much propane you have and whether more or less has been used recently. However the graph loses its (very rough) dates when zoomed in, making detailed view impossible - there’s a bug whereby the same three months appear on the x-axis regardless of scale. And why not show the actual date with each reading, instead of making the user guess? Making the data exportable from the app would help. ### 1/5 — Stops updating *2024-03-12, version 3.5* Stops updating levels after a time. My provider can see actual value but as a consumer the level hasn’t updated in months. Just stays at 50%. I have to call provider and ask them, they can see the actual value. The link to get a propane refill returns a server error. The “send email” button seems to use an ancient email that nobody responds to. The graph is almost useless, it just repeats the names of the month, zooming in doesn’t change the time scale, it doesn’t show dates or times. The only reason I give it two stars is because I don’t have to go out in -40 to check the gauge. The graph is a nice feature but the bottom or month part of the graph never moves correctly when you zoom in to go into a more detailed view. It moves the fill ups back further in time. Updating app provided correct reading but no new readings after that. App has permission to work properly. Deleting a tank and adding back in will get correct reading but app does not update tank reading to match the portal volumes. Nice idea if it starts to work correctly ### 2/5 — Big bug *2023-10-16, version 2.6.4* The graphic of the propane tank does not display current tank contents . ### 2/5 — Not Impressive *2023-09-18, version 3.1* It took the app a few days to start displaying a reading saying it could not find the tank. It was filled about a week ago and the image still shows 37% full while the graph shows just under 80% full. We do live in an area with lousy cell coverage, but that should not be the cause of the difference in level information. I’m also starting to wonder if it might be the source of a strong radio signal that is interfering with my garage door openers. This makes Nee-Vo suddenly become a useless product for me.
