Have been using for ~3 years. Works well within the technical constraints (you can only amend settings via Bluetooth, which has limited range). Provides a degree of peace of mind. 
Interesting stats, heart rate increases seen during virus infections, and temporarily during early morning activity after waking. Settings may need to be tweaked to avoid false alarms accordingly (particularly heart rate increases during virus infection). 
App wobble in May 2024 following App update was corrected within 24hrs (e.g. a very positive response).

Im Großen und Ganzen funktioniert alles. 
Allerdings sind ein paar Sachen die wir störend finden. 
-warum kann man die Temperatur nicht sehen? 
-man kann keine weiteren Mitglieder zum Admin ernenn
-einige Funktionen nur mit Bluetooth Verbindung möglich, wobei nur einer per Bluetooth verbunden sein kann.

Ich bin mit Neboo sehr zufrieden, genau das richtige für uns und unterwegs.

Kleines Manko: Vitalwerte wie Herzfrequenz und Sauerstoffsättigung werden genau angezeigt, nur leider nicht die Temperatur, es alarmiert zwar, dass der kleinen zu warm ist, aber zeigt uns nicht die Höhe der Temperatur an. Das sollte beim nächsten Update unbedingt korrigiert werden.

Aber es gibt leider ständig Verbindungsprobleme, mal haben wir beide eine aktive App, mal mit einer und öfters auch niemand. Das kann eigentlich nicht so schwer zu beheben sein, außer es wurden minderwertige Teile verarbeitet.

The Neebo that we purchased completely stopped working after a year and a half.  The company told us that it is a “hardware issue” They’ve refused to fix this issue or even tell us how to have it fixed claiming that there is only a 1 year warranty.  After spending $300 the Neebo only works for less than 2 years!  SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The idea is great and if it worked it would be amazing but the device is not fit for purpose, the band doesnt last even 6 months before breaking. The monitor starts coming away from the band and is a choking hazard. The strap breaks. The customer service is appalling, they refuse to do anything about the issues and refuse to refund or replace even within the warranty. This has happened to multiple people. Its not a small amount of money to waste.

Wir hatten das Gerät gebraucht gekauft und das Problem, dass noch ein alter Admin auf das Gerät angemeldet war. Bei all den vorherigen Rezensionen hatte ich nun Angst, dass das Gerät für uns unbrauchbar wäre.
Ich habe noch am selben Abend eine Mail an den Support geschrieben - und bereits am nächsten Tag eine Antwort erhalten und das Problem war behoben.
Daher kann ich die Kritik am Support überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das hat reibungslos funktioniert!

Auf den ersten Blick hält das Armband, was es verspricht und was wir erwartet haben. Es ist kein medizinisches Gerät und versucht auch nicht diesen Anspruch zu erfüllen. Vielmehr dient es dazu, einen Überblick über die wichtigstes Vitalwerte zu erhalten. Sollte etwas nicht passen, muss man natürlich das Kind ansehen und daraufhin entscheiden, ob wirklich alles in Ordnung ist oder Handlungsbedarf besteht. 

Meine Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und viele der Kritikpunkte hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Bisher sind wir zufrieden!

An sich gut das Teil, allerdings wird beim schlafen aktiv angezeigt wenn das Baby in der Federwiege liegt. Schön wäre hingegen wenn das Armband als Babyphone Ersatz hätte verwendet werden können. Dann kann man z.B. duschen und bekommt eine Meldung aufs Handy im Bad dass das Baby wach ist. Das wäre WIRKLICH hilfreich. Die anderen Funktionen sind nicht so wichtig wie diese.

The app was working wonderfully but just last week it stopped working. Every time I try to open the app it immediately closes. It is making the product worthless and is giving me anxiety about my child. What is going on? I noticed other reviews stating the same problem… incredibly frustrating!

Unsere Tochter hatte anfangs medizinische Probleme und daher haben wir uns für den Neebo entschieden, bis auf wenige Fehlalarme war das Gerät immer zuverlässig! Grade die Temperaturanzeige fand ich hilfreich… und die Funktionen waren wie versprochen alle da. 

Einen Stern gibt es nur Abzug, weil wir sehr lange auf ein Ersatzarmband gewartet haben. 

Aber trotzdem Danke für den Kundenservice, der uns nicht nur ein Armband sondern das ganze Gerät ersetzt hat.

I have an iPhone 13 pro. The app keeps crashing. Also when battery in the Neebo is low it gives false data. My daughter was in the hospital and Neebo was showing 208 bpm while the 5-lead ECG monitor was showing 150 bpm. Same thing at home. When the Neebo battery is in the ~20%, it shows spikes in the heart rate of 170 to 180 bpm, which are false. I use the stethoscope and heart rate is in the 120s. When the app does not crash and the battery is good, it works well and is very useful. I like the fact that I can adjust the upper and lower thresholds for the heart rate, SpO2, and temperature measures, but on the other hand it’s a problem that the app does not keep a history of more than 24 hours or gives you the opportunity to extract your historical data like Fitbit and other trackers do.

I was opening the app tonight and it immediately crashed. I rebooted my phone multiple times and it is still crashing. Please help. I need to monitor my daughter.

I have literally tried everything and it keeps taking me back to the sign in page. It only worked about 3 months. I loved the product when it worked! I use this for my daughter who is epileptic and not having it makes me so nervous. Please fix the app! I have reached out and have not heard from tech support yet.

Ich kann dieses Armband absolut nicht empfehlen. Nicht nur das die Installation mehr als problematisch ist und nicht richtig funktioniert (mein Haus ist voll mit Smart-Home Produkten und keines hat bei der Installation im entferntesten solche Probleme gemacht wie dieses Armband), ist der Kundenservice das Schlechteste was ich in den letzten 20 Jahren erlebt habe. Bei einem Produkt was Sicherheit bieten soll erwartet man einen Kundenservice welcher zeitnah reagiert.  Bei Neebo wartet man jedoch vergebens auf eine Antwort. Die Hilfeseiten präsentieren Lösungsansätze welche nicht umzusetzen sind da hier Wege beschrieben werden welche die App gar nicht her gibt. Steckt man in der Installation erstmal drin kann man keinen alternativ Weg mehr gehen und auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen kann man es auch nicht. Ich kann nur empfehlen ein höherwertiges Produkt eines anderen Herstellers zu kaufen (leider auch um einiges teurer). Aber will man unkomplizierte Installation, gute Funktion sowie einen guten Kundenservice, bleibt einem nur der Weg zu einem anderen Hersteller. Das Neebo Sensorarmband kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen!!!!

Ständig reißt die Verbindung ab und man hat gar keine Überwachung obwohl einen Abend zuvor alles lief und man nichts geändert hat. :(

The app and monitor is great however the Neebo band is cheap.  It has a plastic clip that once is broken renders the entire monitor useless.  The company refuses to honor the warranty which leaves you with a 260 dollar paperweight.

The device has (luckily) worked well enough for us so far, but the app is insanely frustrating. I’m constantly having to delete and reinstall it to get it to work. For the price of this bracelet I expect an app that actually works at least half the time. For the app I give 1 star.

New Neebo base wont connect to 2.4ghz internet. No support #.

Helpdesk takes 3+ days to respond with 1 line sentences that are common sense in faqs that dont explain how to reset base.

Reset device 6+ times on 2 phones with no success.

Very poor customer support

An diverse Fehlalarme kann man sich ja gewöhnen. Besser einen Alarm zu viel, als zu wenig. Bei den vielen kleinen Ungereimtheiten (warum bekommt nur eines von zwei verbundenen iPhones Werte angezeigt / warum tauchen Warnungen NUR in der Historie auf, lösen aber keine Meldung aus) ist der Support NULL hilfreich. Entweder man bekommt gar keine Antwort, oder bekommt eine unsinnige Antwort. In 50 % der Fälle nur eine automatisierte Standard-Nachricht. Entweder inkompetent oder überfordert. Oder beides. So behandelt man keine Kunden!

My daughter was diagnosed with a major heart problem at 12 weeks old and I bought the leading heart rate and oxygen monitor for infants on the market. It gave me some peace of mind, but I hated that I couldn’t set my own limits for her vitals. With my next baby I got Neebo because of its versatility. Over a year in and I have loved it! I have used it on my 5yo daughter when she has been sick as well. I love that I can set it to alert me at the medical standards I choose (I work in healthcare, I don’t recommend adjusting these unless you have knowledge on what is normal and abnormal.) It gives me peace of mind and I haven’t had a false reading yet, unlike the competitor I had before. In fact, I’ve had no issues with this monitor at all. For anyone with medically complex kids or PTSD related to your kid’s health, this is an excellent monitor!

Dieses Gerät hat uns den Alltag extrem erleichtert. Unser Sohn ist sehr schwer herzkrank, somit ist eine dauerüberwachung von Nöten. Aber das Kind dauerhaft verkabeln ist auch für unseren Sohn nicht schön und unangenehm. Dieses Armband ist perfekt. Selbst unterwegs reagiert und misst es genau. 
Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Die App hat überhaupt keine Probleme gemacht und läuft auf zwei iPhones parallel. Sie ist leicht zu bedienen und bietet das erwartete Ergebnis. Beim Abnehmen des Bandes schlägt sie unmittelbar Alarm. Die Verlaufsansicht ist besonders super und verschafft einen guten Überblick über die Schlafdauer uvm.

Neebo has changed our lives and allowed us to live again as a family with reassurance that the device will alert us to any medical danger our son may be in. 

Our now 4 year old has a number of serious medical conditions including a heart condition. When we were discharged from hospital when he was 2 weeks old we were given stethoscope and resuscitation training. We were terrified and I felt like I was living on the edge, always on alert. 

We got our first neebo when he was about 18 months old and it’s given us huge peace of mind and reassurance and alerted us or our child’s care giver to any problems with his heart. I can go to work and check in on the app and know that if anything did happen I would know and we could get him to hospital immediately. Amazing device, along with the app for parents and I can’t recommend neebo highly enough.

My son was born very premature and had multiple complications associated with his traumatic birth. When he started to outgrow the owlet, I was frantically searching for a similar solution that he would actually wear and would stay on while he sleeps. Especially with him having been diagnosed with epilepsy. Sleep is a scary time for us. I was overjoyed to find Neebo, and it almost seemed too good to be true from the specs. I had to go on a waitlist for a few months, but they sent an alert when they had more in stock and I jumped on it. Now that we have Neebo and have been using it for a few months, I wish I had found it before buying the Owlet. It fits better and I like that it monitors pulse, ox, activity, AND temperature. It’s been an absolutely Fanta product for us, it’s comfortable for my toddler and he seems to forget it’s even on his wrist. We use it only for sleep and the battery lasts for multiple days before needing a charge. I’ve also written to support to ask questions and they’ve been helpful and responsive. I can’t say enough good things about Neebo, I wish more parents who want a solution like this knew it exists.

The Neebo is hands down the best money I’ve ever spent. It gives me such an additional level of peace of mind. Once you get the reference ranges working for your own child it is really very helpful to monitor. On every occasion my son has had a raised temperature (which for him causes seizures) we have been notified by the heart rate monitor. I cannot recommend this device more highly 🙌🏼
