I’ve now been waiting over half an hour for a cab that was booked the night before. Called to enquire to be told they can’t guarantee a car when you book so one may not be available. What. Then they cancel the booking via the app!! Really great when you’ve got a wedding to get to and are relying on them fulfilling their bookings.
