The app starts in some island in the middle of the ocean, despite the location (I tried city, state, and zip - together and individually). When I press the location services icon it brings me to my house, but show no shops in my area, even though I know of at least 3. I even tried Manhattan, and while I saw restaurants and landmarks, no needlecraft shops, even the ones I know are there. What is the app supposed to do? All it seems to be is a rather basic map. I am getting ready to travel again and tried this out for our destination and it's blank. Hope they fix this soon!! No results are returned, even when using a zip code and/or city state combination where shops are located. All mileage ranges were tested, 10-100 miles. The app also sends us to some place in the Atlantic Ocean (Falkland Islands)? I also looked for a help feature to see if this was an issue with what I was doing, but it appears the app lacks this feature. It locates me in the ocean near Mauritania and it won't search at all. Nothing happens at all after you put in the parameters. Well other apps give users the opportunity to submit updates, changes, closed shops; this app has no such feature. Developers are missing an excellent resource by not providing users with these options. It needs a serious effort at updating. After Covid, many shops went online only and did not return to in person in store shopping. There are many closures due to not weathering Covid, economic issues, and retirement. Some have reduced hours or changed location. Perhaps there’s some new shops?
