Was intrigued by the idea because customers rarely seem to notify you when the bathroom needs attention and yet don’t mind leaving a one star review later. 

Easy to set up. They send you a QR code sticker and you slap it on a mirror so customers can anonymously report missing paper towels, stopped toilet etc. The manager gets a notification instantly.

If your business has customers in and out of the bathroom frequently, it’s a no brainer.
