## What is Needs.?

Customers can publish needs, receive and compare business replies, and continue conversations through link-up. Businesses can manage their profile, shops, offers, and auto replies, with improved notification routing, smoother onboarding, stronger media handling, localized content, and overall UI and performance refinements across the app.

Needs and business activity in GLT Needs can only be created for locations in countries officially open in GLT Needs. A user may access the app from another country and still use these features if the selected need or business location is in a supported country. In its early rollout, GLT Needs is primarily focused on West African countries
