The app stops working on its own and doesn’t respond for 6 to 7 hours and suddenly starts working on its own again. I have tried restarting the device ,downloading the app again, using different device, all the while the app not response to any of these during that period, then suddenly it would start working again on its own at first. I was first okay since this can happen sometimes, but it has become a frequent event in for the last one month because of which I am unable to give my test and my preparation is suffering.
