Payment issue
I payed for the subscription but it is not reflecting on the app. Amount has been deducted. Now where am I supposed to complain about it? The app doesn't even have customer support. When I started using the app, at the time of seeing result, the page appeared saying “lifetime access, one time charge” so I did the payment but after that, nothing happpened. It is not reflecting on the app. I'm still getting ads. What to do???

This apps is showing lag
After the update I am unable to access any of the tests or mock test that have been given and I am so devastated right now because this is the time where I need this app, the most and it is not functioning properly. It is not opening. It is just buffering so long that ultimately it shut down itself and also I am subscribed and I have taken subscription, but still it is not working. I needed the most please, please, please help me.

The app was working fine before the update, but now it just keeps loading and won’t open. I tried reinstalling it, but the issue still persists. Very frustrating! Please fix this as soon as possible.”
