Negarit brings Ethiopian news into one calm, organised feed — in English and Amharic, with a transparency layer most news apps don't bother with.

We pull articles from 35+ sources covering Ethiopia, Tigray, Eritrea, and the wider Horn of Africa, deduplicate them, classify them, and tag each one with its source's orientation so you can see who is saying what — not just what's being said.

A short, AI-written paragraph each day that summarises the top developments per language and topic. No doomscrolling required.

When a story develops over days or weeks, Negarit groups every related article into a single timeline so you can scroll the arc from the first report to the latest update.

Two AI assistants on every article:
