Не встречал подобных тренажеров. Начал с простого, с бытовых разговоров, потренировался, получил советы, где нужно быть мягче, а где настойчивее. Затем перешел на рабочие разговоры. Клиент общался как настоящий, выбесил через экран… так что буду дальше тренироваться и прокачивать навыки, спасибо
