The account creation link shown in the screenshots is missing from the app. Seems like a pretty important feature to have available for new users.

Currently evaluating the solution for our condo. Installed the mobile app, but when logging in, presented with error box stating  “Update Required” that the installed version (which is current) is longer supported.

Upon selecting the “update” button option, I am taken back to App Store, where only the “Open” option is available. Selecting that, I am taken back to the app, resulting in a endless loop condition.

Cannot attach media files. Highly unintuitive Layout. Hire a UX designer.. any UX designer honestly.

Test out your app before deploying it.

This update needed more testing. Still waiting on a blank screen without a way out. 

Doesn’t matter if you have super cool features and wonderful UX changes, if the app doesn’t function, it is as useless as a brick at the bottom of a lake. Right now this app is a useless brick.

I don’t get any notices through the app. Have d uninstalling and reinstallng, turning off notifications and saving then turning back on but nothing.

Hours use to show as normal time now only military time. Push messages in Spanish now. Cannot find any support on using app to make changes.

I use to hate dealing with anything HOA related-announcements buried in email, no idea who to contact, forms that went nowhere. Neighbrs changed that completely. Everything’s in one place: updates from the board, maintenance requests, community documents. It’s simple, loads fast, and I actually check it now. Highly recommend to stay in the loop.
