## What is NEIGHBARK?

NEIGHBARK is the neighborhood network for dog walks you can verify. Find walkers near you, book in seconds, and follow every walk from handoff to home — GPS-checked at every step.

FOR DOG OWNERS

• Discover walkers by radius, ZIP, or statewide — see who's active near you
• Clear profiles: experience, availability, and a flat per-session rate up front
• Request a walk in two taps — no bidding, no back-and-forth
• GPS-verified handoffs confirm your walker actually arrived
• A one-time override code backs up every handoff when GPS isn't enough
• A live session log timestamps every milestone, start to finish
• Pay automatically after the walk completes — card on file, no cash

FOR WALKERS

• Set your own rate and weekly availability
• Get discovered by owners in your neighborhood
• Every completed walk is logged and settled — no chasing payments
• Watch earnings collect in your ledger, then cash out straight to your bank
• Build a verified history of completed sessions

SAFETY, BUILT IN

Every session runs on proximity: the walk starts when owner and walker are confirmed together — by close-range GPS detection or a short verification code — and ends the same way. Both sides see the same live status the whole time. No screenshots, no "trust me" — a timestamped record of every handoff.

STRAIGHTFORWARD MONEY

Owners pay a flat per-session rate, charged only after the walk is done. Walkers keep the majority of every fee and cash out to their bank account. All payments and payouts are processed securely by Stripe.

YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, ON DUTY

NEIGHBARK is built for the block you live on — not a national gig pool. The walkers you see are the ones who can actually reach your door.

NEIGHBARK is for adults 18 and older.
