The message box is hidden behind the keyboard so there’s no way to see what I’m typing. I paid for the parking res & the host never responded to a single message & never showed up to give me access to the garage. Horrible experience. I’m still trying to get the reservation refunded but they won’t take my call; they just keep leaving me on hold. ### 1/5 — I have no faith in this app *2026-06-07, version 6.1.0* I reserved a spot in a place that had good reviews, showed multiple spots available. Got msg was approved for move in, drove almost an hr to get there to be told no availability and turn around. I have no faith in this app especially since you get no contact info till you reserve a spot. No thanks. For instance, I’ve spoken with two providers that don’t have any covered or indoor spots, yet they remain listed. Huge waste of time. ### 1/5 — Mental Midgetry... BEWARE *2026-05-27, version 6.0.0* When you allow someone on your platform to rent spaces to people, only for them to force me to move my property AFTER PAYING THEM, then you do NOTHING to assist in receiving a refund, you are utter trash. Some of the most idiotic "customer service" I have ever had to deal with. YOU failed to ensure that this space would remain available, it was stolen, effectively, from me and it forced me to have to move my vehicle out of the blue, then you actually had the audacity to tell me that you will not refund me. YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND FAILED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH I PAID ### 1/5 — scam policies *2026-05-27, version 6.0.0* do not book with this shady app !! the host doesn’t have to be there upon delivery of stored vehicle but then can complain later about you not parking in the correct spot and then they’ll cancel your account and then not even offered to give you any type of credit back even though you didn’t even get the full term of the agreement! BEWARE!! very bad i will be reporting to the BBB this is very shady business not customer friendly at sll yeah that was so i spent $240 agreed on a drop off time the host intentionally chose not to be home then immediately started harassing me about me not parking in the exact spot she has designated which was behind a very tight entrance gate the support team did not even consider the customer pov and declined any refunds don not rent with this shady app you will end up having to get your vehicle towed in the middle of the night as the host can make up any reason under the sun to get your vehicle out then keep the money ### 1/5 — Rip off *2026-05-26, version 6.0.0* Canceled months ago and they keep on billing me ### 1/5 — Deceptive hidden fees *2026-05-25, version 6.0.0* They don’t tell you that they hold your money until the end of the reservation. Renter pays $290, you collect $200. 30 days later, then charge you 5% to withdrawn your funds. Extortion! I needed the question answered but before the renter could reply, the neighbor app company itself began repeatedly calling me, texting me….trying to get me to commit to the rental (question unanswered). I have deactivated my account, told them to stop messaging me, deleted the account and they still wont stop contacting me. When I asked why they are contacting me, they just sent me a screenshot of the user agreement saying they could. Thats all. Really bad company with aggressive sales tactics that border on harassment. Told the owner it was for storing my household items till I find my new apartment and they called me telling me he doesn't actually have that amount of space available and it'll only be 1/4 of the size 5x5 but that they have another option for, you guessed it, a much higher price ### 1/5 — Why Call Me?? *2026-08-18, version 6.3.0* I signed up and now you are calling and texting me with suggestions. Either your search is good, or I don’t want your app ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-08-09, version 6.0.0* This app does not produce any leads. They have poor screening on consumers. They should do more diligence in screening before they are allowed to rent a space. Never got to meet him because life had other plans. Never used the space. Didn’t know I had to cancel d o paying for first month is gone, but now I’ve tried to cancel and still got charged two more months. The city I live in caught on and didn’t like it so they sent me multiple violations and fees and told me to shut it down. When I tried to work with Neighbor to get everything removed off my property, they said since the city shuts me down that I violated the terms of service and abandoned me to figure it out on my own. I now have tons of abandoned items on my property and Neighbor refuses to help, meaning I now have to spend thousands to have it all removed. So as long as you continue to bring them in money and you don’t get any surprises, you might be okay. If something happens that’s out of your control, they will absolutely leave you high and dry. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous Hidden Fees Ruin a Good Idea *2026-06-27, version 6.2.0* Whatever price you see, add 75% due to Neghbor’s fees. Greedy management ruins a useful idea. The platform makes it incredibly easy to list my available space, set my own rates and rules, and manage bookings all in one place. The app is user-friendly, and the messaging system keeps communication with renters smooth and documented. I’ve had reliable guests who respect my property, and Neighbor’s protection and payment system gives me peace of mind. It’s a great way to earn extra income from space that would otherwise sit unused. If one of the renters fails to pay, Neighbor does all the work to have their property removed. (That hasn’t happened yet, people pay once that process has started.) I highly recommend Neighbor to anyone with extra space looking to turn it into monthly earnings.
