When a noisy upstairs neighbor, a fence on the wrong side of the line, or a barking dog has run your nights for months, words alone do not move a landlord, a code enforcement officer, a mediator, or a small-claims judge. Patterned, time-stamped documentation does. NeighborLog is the private evidence journal for that work.

Log every incident the moment it happens - date, start and end time, type, severity, what you observed, the impact on you. Measure noise in decibels at 2 AM without buying a meter. Photograph the cracked driveway, the leaning fence, the encroaching shed - with GPS coordinates and timestamps preserved. Track every complaint you filed with the city, police, animal control, or HOA, and what came back. Then surface the pattern: "34 incidents over six months, 86 percent on Friday and Saturday nights, peak hours 11 PM to 2 AM."

### 1/5 — Free claim not so free and doesn’t work

So they claim that it’s a free app with no up sale. You are only allowed to record 10 incidents before you have to pay for pro I upgraded to pro and then I was trying to get the reports/logs and they don’t show up. I tried opening it into Acrobat to view the PDF because I was gonna try and just print it, but it showed up as eight blank pages which is weird in Acrobat. Which gives me the option of doing an AI summary, that was able to provide me a summary of what is in this document however I can’t see any words it is as if they have used invisible ink but for a computer so it’s a complete waste of your time and/or money. I don’t know what they’re trying to do, but they’re lying don’t bother with this app. I’m now gonna have to enter everything into a different program and the entire purpose of what this app is supposed to do does not work and yeah, they’re gonna strong-arm you with the fact that you can’t log more than 10 incidents and then you’re gonna want to report and like it won’t even show up even if you do upgrade it’s a scam it’s bull
