## What is Neighbors Card Management?

Protect your card by setting transaction alerts and defining when, where and how your cards are used. 
    
Alerts Enable Safe and Secure Card Usage 
Real-time alerts for PIN and signature transactions keep you informed of your card usage to quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. 
    
Location-Based Controls and Alerts 
Restrict or authorize transactions to merchants near your location or by region using city, state, country or zip code on an interactive map. 
    
Usage Controls and Alerts 
Set spending limits to decline transactions above your thresholds. Monitor activity by category such as gas stations and restaurants, and by type: in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions and ATM transactions. 
    
Card On/Off Setting 
When “on” transactions are allowed per settings. When “off,” purchases or withdrawals are declined.

This app “glitches” every other week. I locked my card for security purposes and couldn’t log into the app to unlock it for 3 days. Finally got it to work and then it says it needs authentication? Why can’t this be incorporated into the mobile banking app?

App is horrible! Third time trying to pay for purchases in the store and the app refuse to load so that I can unlock my card. Makes no sense that I had to leave my items because I couldn’t unlock my card.

is soo stupid to have a whole separate app to manage your card. seriously. card wouldn’t go through now instead of clicking a button on my current app i have to download this and sign up. all that could’ve been avoided. just stupid thinking on their part. 
instead of a transaction taking me 1 minute. it took me 10 all because of this dumb crap.

I just got a new credit card and tried to add it to my card manager app it wouldn’t work.

Tried logging into the app and all I got was a retry button that did nothing and a help button which also did nothing. I tried reinstalling the app which didn’t help. Wasn’t able to stop fraud on my debit card because of this and have no way of turning my debit card off any other way. Thanks neighbors!
