The online and mobile app has been giving me trouble all morning. Never again with these credit unions. I already refinanced through Capital One and just waiting for them to receive the check. I could not be happier with Capital One’s mobile app. Don’t finance cars through Neighbors. Pay the extra $20 a month for a real bank to keep your sanity. ### 1/5 — Horrible!! *2023-09-17* This app is trash, setting up getting notifications when money is taken or put on your card is a head by its self and it’s makes no sense that when money is taken out we get the notification hours later. At that point if someone steals my card all my money is gone before I can do anything….
