I’ve also received incorrect orders multiple times. For example, I ordered a men’s shirt as a birthday gift, but received a pair of branded shoes instead. Returning items has also been problematic, as the store couldn’t recognize my return barcode for cosmetics. These issues happen too often and make the experience unreliable. That said, I do appreciate the quality of their products and some of their discounts. From the moment I arrived, Raheeq was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect fragrance. She took the time to explain the different Creed fragrances, offered thoughtful recommendations, and allowed me to explore several options without feeling rushed. Her expertise and attention to detail made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. It’s clear that she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Because of her guidance and professionalism, I left confident in my purchase and excited about my new fragrance. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated.
