بصراحة انا مع الشركة من ٦ سنوات تقريبا ومافي اي شركة في العالم نفس كفائتهم ونفس تقديرهم انا سياراتي تكسرت اكثر عن مرة وتم تعويضي بقيمة الاضرار الحمدلله وسعر الشحن ماقد حصلته برع او عند شركة ثانية ولليوم انا متعامل وياهم ونظام الشركة وسياسة الشركة مكتوبه على ورقة العقد مافي شي عندهم مخفي ومرات قيمة التعويض ماتغطي قيمة الاضرار بس الحمدلله شي احسن من لاشي وتغليف السيارة قبل كان تغليفهم مميز وبعدها صار تغليفهم بس ورق يعني اهم شي تكون متواصل معاهم اول باول

بعد حادثة السفينة "دالي"، نشعر بخيبة أمل شديدة بسبب ما حصل وما نتج عنه من انطباع سيئ قد يؤثر على سمعتكم في العراق، نتيجة هذه السياسة الغير قانونية وغير شرعية بتحميل العملاء نسبة الغرامات المفروضة على شركة الشحن دون وجه حق! لذا يجب تسليط الضوء على النقاط التالية: 1. العملاء الذين اشتروا من خلال شركتكم ليسوا ملزمين غير ملزمين بدفع أي نسبة تكاليف بخلاف حقهم في تكاليف النقل البحري، ولن يتحمل العميل أي أعباء إضافية التي تتعلق بالغرامات المفروضة نتيجة لقرارات اختيار طريقة التعاقد والشحن. 2. يجب تعويض المتضررين من التأخير في موعد وصول السيارات، خاصةً أولئك الذين يمتلكون سيارات موديل 2022 والتي لن تدخل العراق بعد الان، هذا التأخير تسبب في خسائر مالية كبيرة لهؤلاء العملاء، ويجب على شركتكم تحمل هذه الخسائر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نطالب بتعويض العملاء الذين تعرضت سياراتهم لأي ضرر أثناء النقل. 3. لقد واجهنا مشاكل في الحصول على معلومات دقيقة من مندوبيكم حول وضع الحاويات والسيارات. في العديد من المناسبات، تلقينا معلومات غير صحيحة تفيد بتحويل الحاويات إلى سفينة أخرى، في حين كانت لا تزال على متن السفينة "دالي". هذه المعلومات غير الدقيقة تسببت في توتر كبير بين العملاء وشركتكم، لذا نطالب بتحديد موقف شركتكم بشكل واضح وتفصيلي، بما في ذلك مكان تواجد السيارات الحالية وحالتها (سواء كانت متضررة أم لا) وتحديد موعد دقيق للوصول، والإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها لضمان حقوقنا. ونأمل أن تتخذ شركتكم الإجراءات اللازمة بشكل فوري لتجنب تفاقم الوضع، اذ ان عدم اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة سيجبرنا على اللجوء إلى القضاء لحماية حقوقنا، مما قد يؤدي إلى خسارة سمعة الشركة وبالتالي خسارة أكبر وأهم عملاء لكم في العراق
