I was introduced to Nekst years back and recently became a user again. The platform has changed dramatically and has become an essential tool in a Realtor’s toolkit. I have used every transaction management software out there and Nekst is by far the best. The integration of AI and compatibility with major platforms like follow-up boss makes this an invaluable tool. I’d be lost without it.

This app helps me keep track of everything that I’m terrible at keeping track of when it comes to my listings and pending deals. It’s super simple to use and finding contract info is a breeze. Well done and I look forward to more improvements to come!

Life saver! Okay, it didn’t save my life, but it certainly gives back time and what could be more valuable?! I’ve been using Nekst for years, not only for transaction management, but recently I’ve been using it for anything that is a repeatable process in my business and the app just takes it to the next level. Very user friendly, even for the mildly technologically impaired and having this on the go option is perfect for someone who is basically married to her car. This mobile version has almost everything the desktop version has and is getting better all the time. Top Five must have apps for every agent or TC.
