Right now I can’t sign in because it wants me to confirm my email but won’t send the confirmation email until my personal information is filled out, but the tab to verify my email won’t go away. So I’m stuck in a paradox. I have been purchasing things for a long time and there seems to be a consistent theme. BROKEN ITEMS AND MISSING PARTS. For what I’m paying and the surcharge they charge, I should be able to get what I want. They have given away my orders. Taken my money and refused to give it back. Even if it doesn’t list that there would be multiple boxes, even if it says “no missing parts”, keep in mind that it very likely does have missing or damaged parts. You can get your refund, sure, but the time you’ll waste on figuring it out, and going through the hassle of returning it is excessive. Even the kids that scan you in or bring the stuff out joke about how frequently they deal with that and have to process returns because of inaccurate descriptions.
