Do not get this app as it doesn’t help you with any federal student loans. Nelnet would rather make it more difficult for you to manage your student loans than to get an app to help people with their payments and loan management. I used the EXACT credentials online and it logged in first try. This is not user error. This app does not pull credentials and does not work correctly. Please fix the app or just remove it at this point ### 1/5 — No payment *2025-12-05* Use to pay my student loans through the Nelnet app, they have sense made that unavailable.
