### 2/5 — データ保存に不安のある状態で使い続けにくい

iPadでの利用者です。

しばらく操作を続けていると指タッチ機能かペン書き込み機能が効かなくなる事象が複数回確認された。

アプリの再起動で直るかと、ファイルを上書き保存してからアプリを落として再度ファイルを開き直すと、1ページ書き込んだ内容が全て消えてしまった。

アプリの使用感としては上記のタッチ機能以外ではそれなりに良さそうだったので、使い慣れて行こうと思っていた矢先の出来事で、正直使い続けることに不安を覚え、現状では離脱せざるを得ないと感じてしまいました。

それ以外にも現状では使いにくい点があるので併せて記載する。

・ファイルウインドウが、iPad標準のものではなく、おそらくベースOSのファイルシステムのUIで、使いにくかった。

・ツールウィンドウなどが横幅変更できれば、描画エリアが広く取れて便利だと感じた。

・現在のペンサイズがわかりやすいように、タッチ位置(描画ポイント)にブラシサイズの円などが出ると嬉しい。


今後のアップデートに期待して、しばらく見守っていきたいと思います。

開発大変かとは思いますが、改善される日が来ることを願っています。

タッチやペン入力が効かなくなること、保存後に書き込んだ内容が消えてしまったことについて、ご不安とご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。  
タッチ・ペン入力については、発生する可能性のある複数の経路を追加で修正し、本日〜明日配信予定の0.9.25アップデートに反映しています。ただし、すべての環境や条件で再発しないと言い切ることはできかねます。更新後も同様の症状が発生した場合は、お手数ですが改めてご報告いただけますと幸いです。  
保存内容に関わる問題についても、iPadOS・端末・ファイルの開き方・保存のタイミングなど複数の要因を含めて確認を進めています。特に保存内容に関わる問題は、安心してお使いいただくために優先して対応します。  
また、ファイル操作画面、ツールウィンドウの幅変更、などについても、大変参考になるご意見として今後の改善に加えさせていただきます。  
せっかく使い続けようと思っていただいた中で、ご不安を招いてしまい申し訳ありません。いただいたご意見を活かし、より安心して使えるアプリにできるよう改善してまいります。

操作が直感的でない。
ページの削除ボタンが見つからず
消しゴムでペンを消せず
書き込むためにページを拡大縮小する度にズレ
肝心のテキスト読み込みも使いづらい。
開始5分でこれである。

開発者はマニュアルしっかり読めと思うかもしれないが
それ以前の問題。
クリスタより非直感的で学習コストが高く動作さえ怪しい漫画ネーム作成ツールをさも悩みを解決する夢のツールかのように宣伝して売りつけるのはいかがなものか。開発者の姿勢には若干の不信感を覚える。

有料だったため多少怒りをまじえて書いてしまったが
現状できるだけ客観的に評してもこのツールに相当習熟したユーザーでなければクリスタより簡単にネームを作れるとは到底思えない。開発陣や身近なツールに慣れたユーザーだけで使用感のテストをしてしまったとかでは？
ツールのコンセプト自体には非常に期待しているのでアップデートを待ちたい

iPadで開始直後からページ操作、消去、拡大縮小時の表示、テキスト読み込みなどでご不便をおかけし、申し訳ございません。マニュアルを読む以前に、初めて触った方が直感的に使えなければならないというご指摘は、その通りだと受け止めています。特に拡大縮小時のズレや動作の安定性については、状況を確認し改善に努めます。

ペンの消去について補足いたしますと、Nem-Sには「ベクターペン」と「ラスターペン」の2種類があり、消しゴムツール内で消去対象を「ベクター」「ラスター」に切り替えて消す仕様になっています。ただ、この操作方法が初見で分かりにくいこと自体が問題だと認識しています。

今回いただいたご意見をもとに、ページ削除などの基本操作、消しゴムの対象切り替え、テキスト読み込みまで、初めての方が迷わない導線やチュートリアルを見直します。
