It crashes after filling in all required data. Specially on the last step when to consent to activate the code app.

Please check app before releasing it to public use.

Believe this is what to expect from the government making an app. No competition means poor service, poorly developed app. Guess they don't care as customer can't really leave for the competitor.

It’s horrible to log in with it just says “can not log in because of error” and then say the there is a update that I have to get for the app but THERE IS NO UPDATE.

It is just absolutely ridiculous just how difficult it is to get this app set up. I have wasted so many nemid codes trying to make this work. The error shown that everyone gets is also completely irrelevant. I don’t understand how it has managed to stay such bad quality for so long. You know this is a problem - FIX IT!

I’ve used 15 nemid codes to activate this app. It does not work! I tried resetting it from the web portal by revoking all ‘in progress’ registration and tried registering it again but it did not. I contacted the customer support and they said they cannot help further. I’m supposed to get reached out by the admins but nothing in a week. I’m surprised by the level of malfunction in the app as I’m a software engineer myself. This is crazy! I really wish someone could help me soon!!!

This has always worked on my old iOS (se version 1). I just got the new SE 2020 and tried to transfer and get the error that the code app requires an update even thought the app is up to date on both devices.

Every time i try to activate the code app, it says error occurred and see App store for update. There is no update and the app doesn’t work.

App installs, validates my nemid, but fails to activate. Support team reset the server side instal which didn’t work. Because no one else seems to have this problem, they gave up. The app has apparently has no logs. Because there is no other source of access numbers, they have less incentive to fix this problem. No other app on my phone misbehaves like this.

Requires information I have not been provided by my bank. For sure not using my CPR number to sign in. Back to square one fellows. Come up with something better.

Does its job. Simple and easy. No idea why people are complaining about having to enter your CPR-number, obviously you need to since it’s attached to your Nem ID.

I have no problem with the function, it works as it should. I just wish there were a way to turn off the noise it makes every time I approve a log-in.
