I wanted to send a message to a provider. I couldn’t find the icon. You might want to look at advent health app as an example of a very good and functional app. ### 1/5 — Why is there never a direct chat option? *2026-05-11, version 11.6.4* Where is the help? The billing section makes no sense and has no real info. It allows them to direct you to the app. The way the information is presented is confusing. All the information is not there which means you have to call anyways. I almost wanted to quit going there because of it. However, my child had to be seen by this doctor, giving me no choice. If it was up to me this app would be gone. The money they invested in it I’m sure helped their bottom line massively. However as a parent and caregiver of a minor I cannot access certain information like her medications (generic names, mg, and intake) I had to create a separate account for again a minor who isn’t even allowed to fill out her own perceptions. Now, it’s the standard Epic one that my pediatrician uses and I hate it! It’s not easy to navigate and it’s just plain ugly. Why change? I’ve always preferred the Nemours App over Arnold Palmer’s MyChart. The Nemours App before was so easy to use and responded well. I never had any issues. Now this new MyChart, I can never get anything to load. No matter if I’m connected to wifi or not. Or whether I’m in a completely different city. A lot of the buttons don’t work. It’s so slow to respond to anything or load anything. It’s beyond frustrating when you need to contact your child’s care team for something really important. Or trying to open up extremely important test results and you just get the loading circle of death. This is the worst thing Nemours could’ve done to their app. You can look at previous reviews and see other families feel the same way. This drastically impacts our Childrens care.
