## What is NEMT Customer?

NEMT Customer NG is the simplest way for riders to book and manage non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) with their transportation provider. Schedule rides to medical appointments, track your driver in real time, and stay informed at every step — all from your phone.

The app connects you directly to the NEMT transportation company that serves you. Request a trip in a few taps, review your upcoming and past rides, and know exactly when your driver will arrive.

Key Features of the NEMT Customer App:

Book a Ride Request non-emergency medical transportation quickly — set your pickup and drop-off, date and time, and any special requirements for your trip.

Manage Your Trips View your trips organized by status — scheduled, in progress, and completed — so you always know what's next.

Live Driver Tracking Follow your assigned driver on a live map as they head to your pickup location, with route and estimated arrival time.

Real-Time Notifications Get instant updates when a driver is assigned, is on the way, has arrived at pickup, and when your trip is complete.

Support Requests Open a support case and attach a photo when you need help with a trip or your account.

Profile Management Keep your contact details and profile photo up to date.

Secure, Provider-Linked Access Sign in to your transportation provider's account (tenant) for a secure, personalized experience tailored to the company that serves you.

The NEMT Customer NG app is free for riders. Transportation service is arranged through companies that subscribe to the NEMT Cloud Dispatch platform.

Live driver tracking is much smoother — the map no longer reloads
every few seconds, it stays put when you pan or zoom, and the driver
now shows as a vehicle with pickup and drop-off pins.

Times now follow your provider's 12- or 24-hour setting everywhere,
including the time picker.

The notification bell is now on every screen.
