I use it for my job and when the people sign, any dot or a simple touch deletes all the writings, a lot of signing have dots, that would be a great change if it don’t delete the signing, and it would be great if it has a “back” button if any mistake.

We run a wild NEMT company in Southern California… This company is not perfect… none of them are. But!!! They are willing to work with you and customize the app to the best of their ability. This is a real review and I’m writing it because someone wrote a 1 star. Probably a competitor.

You have to update and fix this app man how you gonna charge someone to use this software and it be straight trash like fix the dam problems. Also why does it take so long to have your software developers to fix this crap. Worst dam app worse than routing box
