This banking app is one of the best in Lebanon unfortunately i couldn’t open an account using my foreign passport during a call i was told that the reason is because at the moment they’re only opening accounts for Lebanese citizens which i find it a bit weird

I opened a neo account and they said that it will take up to 48 hours for verification, until now its been 6 days and nothing happened. I called the call center and they told me it may take more days to get the verification. Should i wait a year?
