Had to convince my business partner to use it. That was a mistake. After paying for the service I realized there was no way to remove the “sent from Neo” signature and advertising link from the bottom of every email I send. I reached out to support thinking I had just missed a setting to turn it off. They informed me it could not be removed even though it is a paid service. If you interact with customers or vendors regularly you’ll understand this looks incredibly unprofessional to be touting another company at the bottom of every email. It would be great to have options like bold, italic, underline, bullet points, font size, and text color. Adding rich text formatting would make the app much more useful for professional emails.
