### 1/5 — Assistance Required – Salary Payment Narration Not Reflecting in Beneficiary Statement

I am making salary payments to my workers through my business account. While initiating the transfers, I enter a credit narration (for example, “Salary”), but this narration is not appearing in my workers’ bank statements. Instead, only the transaction entry is visible.

I would like to know if there is a way to ensure that the salary narration is displayed in the beneficiaries’ account statements. Kindly guide me on whether any specific payment option or setting needs to be used for this purpose.

I recently started using ICICI Corporate Banking, and the difference is huge. Compared to ICICI, the new Neo for Corporates app is very slow, has frequent glitches, and the overall user experience is disappointing. Many actions take longer than expected, and the app often lags or fails to update information correctly.

The older Neo version was much better and more reliable. Instead of improving, this update feels like a downgrade. Axis Bank should focus on improving the app’s speed, stability, and overall performance if it wants to compete with other corporate banking platforms.

Using this app is a nightmare. Very slow, and often doesn’t work at all. This has been the experience with axis bank app for a long time now. They have introduced new app like they have solved all the problems, however, this updated NEao app is the worst as of now. No other bank app is so full of bugs and test your patience like this. Absolutely trash

The interface has had a major overhaul and it’s a lot lot better than before. 

3 
major issues
- pending approvals takes 2 taps/steps to reach the approvals screen for no reason 
- on approvals screen there is no option to view all approvals due (which should ideally be the default selection)
- Bulk Payment (paypro) has bugs and partial approval DOES NOT work. If I select say, 3 out of 5 payments inside an uploaded file, only 1 will get approved. This issue is there since day 1 of new launch of this app and I am surprised the issue hasn’t been resolved yet by your team after so many months

The share button of screenshot after making a transaction does is not working after an update.
So, if you make a transaction and need to share the details to someone, one does not have a proper mechanism to share the details. Instead, one has to click the photograph from another phone to share it with someone you want to confirm the payment details. App developers need to improve this.

First things first the app has so many flaws I don’t know who made it, also half of the time no data is loading, you can not see anything as simple as your account balance! Half of the time when I want to make the payments the app does not load details of already inserted payee. Also the interface of the app is so bad.

I know that anydesk app is harmful, but it is a necessary for my business and I appreciate that you can give warnings that anydesk is present in my phone, but it is ridiculous that you are not allowing the app to open. Keep anydesk in device and opening the bank website has same threat as opening neo for corporates app. I request you to uplift the ban and give just the warnings about how harmful the app can be. Keep the choice to the phone owner.
