Je viens de lancer l'app pour créer une nouvelle note de frais et à ma grande surprise l'app me demande d'activer mon compte alors que je l'avais déjà fait. Le problème c'est que cette activation doit se faire avec un ordinateur que je n'ai pas avec moi. C'est pénible !

Je suis en conge, je n’ai pas mon pc, je suis obligé d’attendre de revenir pour faire des reservations puisque l’appli mobile me demande de flasher un code sur l’ordinateur.
Merci de permettre la connexion de maniere independante sur mobile

This app was clearly not designed by someone that uses it.  Lots of little frustrations, for example: the from/to destination fields are fully open so you cannot use standard UK shorthand for rail stations or airports, instead having to type the entire destination each time.  
The time fields require a colon between hour and minute when selecting a time despite the fact that the 24 hour clock is designed expressly to make this unnecessary.
You cannot save favourite filters or journeys meaning the booking process is lengthy each time.
Tickets do not appear in the app, they have to emailed to you, a process which occasionally can take over an hour making the app a bit of a gamble to use shortly before a journey.
Lastly, the fonts and layout are tiny so this app is hard to read on an iPhone unless your sight is perfect.

Depuis la dernière Maj, déconnecté automatiquement + impossible de se reconnecté via le QR code.
Bref perte de temps.
De base appli est pratique mais est optimisé comme si elle tournait sur Windows 95.
Essayé de vous synchronisé sur les taux de change mondiaux en directe pour reporter des frais à l'étranger plutôt que de devoir les rentrer chaque fois à la main...
Bref, c'est pratique sur le papier mais fastidieux dans les faits

Shocking app that forces updates way too often and every time it then logs you out and a real palava to get logged back in. Hoping my company drops this supplier as the app is so bad

Updated app today. Now only seem to be able to view train tickets in the app. Unable to print or download to pdf. This is an issue because phone signal on trains is unreliable and it’s essential to have an offline copy of your e-tickets to hand.
