0 customer service. Spent three days trying to reach someone and no one answered. Don’t bother with Neobanc.

Amazing! Didn’t have enough money on Chequing account to pay rent and used the app. 

And of course I use it paying the debt in credit card and have 1% cashback just for using the App. Nice! 

Only 1 negative side - it takes like up 10 days to put that money on your credit card. But the good thing is you can schedule your payment. 

Recommend this app. Tested several times 👍

NeoBanc is genius. You can now earn cash back on things you’ve been brainlessly paying for years, such as credit card bills and rent. In this kind of economy, every dollar counts, and NeoBanc is a changing the way bills can be paid. I definitely recommend them
