В общем хорошое приложение мне понравилось🥰 много возможностей и без платно но есть одна проблема я сам подругой не смогли найти друг друга в нём в если скидываем ссылки то выдает что такого не существует и ещё один минус на моём телефоне если заходишь и подписываешься на человека вы летает или же когда пишешь комментарий вылетает и потом не показывает что вообще заходила на тот акк

Cons/Negatives

Save Button Issue
The requirement to press the save button makes the process unnecessarily complicated. Instead, the app should auto-save progress, with an option to recover deleted content, similar to Wattpad.

Paying for Views
Requiring users to pay for views is problematic. New users, especially those writing books, should receive coins or free access for the first 30 days as a trial period.

AI Generator and Genre Limitations
It’s frustrating to pay for the AI-generated book cover feature. Additionally, the app lacks many popular genres. Adding a specific NSFW genre instead of a generic "18+" tag would also improve categorization.

Scammers and Fake Accounts
Scammers asking for money in exchange for help with books are a nuisance. They often follow users' accounts, and even after being banned, their profiles remain visible as "unavailable."

Recommendations System
Instead of focusing on “Editor’s Picks,” “Reading Now,” and “Popular Books,” the app should recommend books based on a user’s saved items, likes, or reading history.

Account Deletion Issues
Deleting an account doesn’t seem to take effect after 30 days. I waited two months to remove my old account so I could start fresh, but it remained active. Worse, I could no longer access my books, posts, or even poems—only my drafts were visible on both the app and website.

Deleted Accounts and Their Books
When someone’s account is deleted, their books should also be removed. Leaving them up feels like false advertising, especially in the FanFic section.

Приложение отличное,никогда ещё не видела мест где можно выкладывать свои стихи и не ощущать себя на допотопном сайте из начала нулевых.Может в приложении стоит добавить функцию донатов авторам или чаще проводить какие-либо конкурсы?Мне кажется конкурсы на лучшие рассказы или стихи бы точно подняли известность талантливым,но незамеченным авторам

It’s a cool app. But there are a few tweaks that annoy me. I was stuck on the loading screen for more than a day, my account would never save and I couldn’t read anything after two weeks of using. Other wise, it’s alright and I enjoyed using it.

Добавьте, пожалуйста, возможность менять шрифт как про чтении, так и про написании. А ещё, хочется, чтобы при написании текста тоже можно было бы менять фон страницы, на которой пишешь. Нужен серый фон!

Первое- Каждый второй автор БЕЗ СПРОСА начинает писать комменты и исправлять каждую мелкую ошибку (если бы они спросили и писали бы в личку - проблем никаких) Далее - анонимный рейтинг. Зачем? Любой просто может занизить рейтинг ни за что! Ты не знаешь причин и не знаешь кто. Все книги с большим рейтингом либо проплачены, либо люди не знают о хорошей литературе. Ещё момент - мёртвая платформа. Какой смысл в этой платформе, если нет читателей и в ней нет НИКАКОГО развития? На других площадках предоставляют хоть что-то. Также хочется сказать о системе «обратной связи» которую я не увидела. Меня в личном сообщении матерными словами выгоняли с платформы и говорили, что мне здесь не рады. Жалобу кинуть никак, отправить что-то в поддержку тоже не получилось (письмо игнорируется уже 10 дней). И самое ужасное: текст книги можно скопировать на системе IOS. Это не защищает книгу от создания копии! В общем, я только зря потратила время на эту платформу. И не советую её тем, кто действительно хочет расти, как автор. (Вам могут пользователи наплести, что они добрые и дружелюбные, но на деле это не так)

### 1/5 — SCAM APP.  Stealing Writers’ Work!

They have made fake accounts on Wattpad to ask people if they use Neobook, which inevitably causes people to check out the app. The app does look nice and give you a lot of control over how your book looks, which deceives a lot of people into believing it is a good publishing avenue. However a quick Google search will show you that they’ve been doing this for a while to a lot of writers, and are stealing people’s work. I quickly tried to delete my account but it doesn’t appear that the link to do that actually works. Oh well, I’ll just delete the app. Do not publish on here!

Update: The account that asked me if I have Neobook was just banned from Wattpad, because they’ve been spamming people with that message for a long time. Please do not trust this app or website.

This app is really good but if there’s one tweak I would request is that this app doesn’t need a subscription to pay writers. Or at least offer a free days subscription or whatever. It’s plainly obvious that the developers didn’t think of that. That is why I rated it three stars.

The second problem is, not everyone wants to see recommended books from other people online/offline. Please fix that too. After that, this app will get better reviews and this app will be golden for me if that happens.

Пишу каждый день в службу поддержки. Прошу разобраться в проблеме: фото профиля не загружается, книги для публикации не грузятся, только посты. Пишу. Реакции — ноль. Заплатила за продвижение — ноль показов профиля из 3000. Что происходит? Отреагируйте, пожалуйста. Ставлю единицу, только потому что не могу вообще понять профиты этого приложения. Поддержки ноль.

I had this app for a while last year, and then it just flat-out wouldn’t let me access any book, whether it was one I had written or someone else’s. No matter what I did, this problem refused to be fixed, and I deleted this app. Now I attempted to download it again, only to find that it wouldn’t even load a log-in screen or sign-up screen. It baffles me to the point that if the app didn’t show in the App Store, I would’ve assumed it had been cancelled and removed. Needless to say, the app isn’t even useable.

No one can access the app or the website STILL. If this company is completely shut down please just say so in a statement. Let people temporarily access their work to save it cause those of us like me who write can't even access their work or anything. It’s just been down completely since Thanksgiving 2025.

Моим эмоциям нет предела. Я беглец со старого и доброго Surgebook’а. С Neo же я познакомился еще 2 года назад. расстроившись блокировкой первого, я нашел отзыв сердца в новом приложении. Я начал строить обновленное творчество в новом стиле и в новом месте. Тк приложение новое, я закрывал глаза на баги и незначительные косяки, следил за развитием данной платформы. Набрав хорошую и отзывчивую аудиторию, набор произведений и кучу эмоций, я стал жить этим приложением, но лишь до определенного дня. На днях, неделю назад, я сменил телефон и так получилось, что доступ к почте, к которой привязан аккаунт, был утрачен. Я в этот же день стал пытаться вернуть себе свое творчество, свое имя. Написав разработчикам на почту, с другого аккаунта NEO, отправив сообщение в виде отзыва с гостевого аккаунта, я не получил обратную связь абсолютно нигде. Я решил ждать, может быть заняты или еще что-то, но я ошибся. Аккаунт команды NEO снова появился в сети, но не соизволил дать ответ. Мне лишь хотелось узнать как можно восстановить доступ: например перепривязать почту или же подтвердить свою личность иным способом, но ничего из этого не вышло. Халатность, безответственность, игнорирование пользователей и самой проблемы - заставляют меня изменить мнение о, вроде бы, таком приятном для глаза приложении. Команда NEO, спасибо вам за ложные надежды. P.s. Прежде чем перенаправлять пользователей в поддержку на свою почту, научитесь её проверять, вдруг это уже кто-то сделал)

I love this app.. I can’t write my stories better and it just a lot of fun.. and so many awesome and amazing people with their stories..holy moly. It’s wonderful. :)

Очень радует красивый визуал, качественные обложки, встроенный ИИ и возможность выравнивать текст по ширине, за это разработчикам отдельное спасибо.
Еще было бы классно добавлять комментарии к каждому абзацу. Это помогает писателю понять, какие именно эмоции вызывают конкретные слова или действия его героев.
Возможность вести блог с красивыми картинками тоже очень интересная и, когда платформа станет более населенной, общаться на ней будет одно удовольствие.
Перспективы у приложения - огромные. Осталось только привлечь на нее больше читателей и писателей. 
Возможно, стоит заинтересовать их какими-нибудь конкурсами или подборками. 
С интересом слежу за вашим развитием и держу за вас пальчики🤞🏻☺️

Given this promising potential, now is the perfect opportunity for the creators and developers of Neobook to constantly work on enhancing the app. It is crucial for them to identify what aspects are working well and what areas need improvement. Another aspect that requires attention is finding new ways to make book purchases more accessible to users who may be facing financial constraints. Been using the app for a few months now and it has only gotten better! Recently though I’ve ran into some problems as the app will not open and crashes immediately. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it did not work, I even updated to the latest iOS platform but the problem continues. Please fix the bug if that is the case 🙏🏾 My account is @bellamy
