Pe de altă parte, nu văd sensul celor 6 întrebări de identificare și introducerea cnp-ului în chat, ca apoi să mi se spună că trebuie să merg la o sucursală pentru a actualiza numărul de telefon! Alternativa este să o iau de la capăt cu datele bio, reactualizare de la zero, care date sunt deja în sistem, eu sunt logat în cont activ! Practic, în momentul acesta pot face exact ce vreau eu cu toți banii din cont indiferent de sumă, dar nu pot actualiza un număr de telefon!
