So, it is basically not working… I have to schedule and check the charging status from the car app. Hope it can be improved. By the way, if possible, can you add a reset button somewhere so that we don’t need to pull off the splitter or switch on/off the breaker to debug the problem? ### 1/5 — Wrong installation guidance (or no guidance) *2023-10-29* What a smart idea(!) it is not to give any guidance on to take a picture of the barcode before installing! It took me 40 min to install to a hard-to-reach location but I need to deinstall the device, take the picture of the barcode and install it back and then reach it thru the app. Congrats NeoCharge! ### 3/5 — Ok app. *2023-10-06* App appears slow to update data. This app does not want to connect and is unable to work with the other app we are instructed to download. $299 for a splitter with no functional connectivity is terrible. ### 1/5 — Server error while setting up *2023-09-13* I was one of the early adopters who spoke directly with the owner of the company when it was just 3 guys. Been waiting for this app for years. Setting it up today and scanned the QR and the app says server error. I click try again and the cycle repeats and can’t back out or continue. Come on. You can do better. ### 1/5 — Improvement needed *2023-08-17* I really want to give this 5 stars however the following needs to be improved. - the graphs on the iPhone 14 pro are off and display incorrectly on the left side. This is on the front page and the history pages. - WiFi seems to only connect to 2.4g I have a Wi-Fi device right next to the unit who’s is supposed to connect to either 5g or 2.4 and it would not connect therefore I have to us the WiFi from my house. I will update my review once the improvements are made. ### 5/5 — AMAZING APP- saved me money and time *2023-08-17* This app helps me track my Smart Splitter data and efficiently charge my car. The set up was fast and easy. ### 1/5 — You have to download a Chinese app to use it. *2023-06-23* Downloaded another app made by a Chinese company in order to setup but then it just doesn’t work. And there’s no way around it. Tried it but because of the error, I can’t proceed even following the instructions. So I will be deleting this app as well because there’s no point, it’s useless. ### 2/5 — App only works if your unit’s FW is v1900 or higher ??? *2023-06-15* My unit is v1706. But you won’t see the version until you set it up on this app. This app completed set up yet no usage info shows up except the port connected device; EV, Water Heater Pump As a work around I was given a guide to work with ESP BLE 3rd party app but it cannot even find my unit on Bluetooth search.
