absolut nicht funktionsfähig diese app

Falls sich die Ladesäule nicht mit dem Auto verbinden lässt, ist das Geld von der Kreditkarte erstmal abgebucht. Angeblich bekommt man es innerhalb von 10 Tagen erstattet. Wenn man das dann 3x hintereinander macht, dann sind 60€ vorübergehend blockiert und man hat nicht geladen. Sehr ärgerlich, da an sich gut gedacht mit der App zu bezahlen und Blockierungsgebühren erst eine Stunde nach Ende des Ladevorgangs.

App loggt mich als User ständig während der laufenden Bedienung aus. So lassen sich Vorgänge nicht zu Ende bringen.

Company billing address has to be entered EVERY TIME you want to load the car.
Credit card details have to be entered EVERY TIME you load the car.
Why is it not possible to load by means of a 2D matrix code?
It is not possible to load via the EnBW app directly (almost all loading points in Germany and Austria have this feature, no matter who the energy provider is).
One star is still too much for this app and provider.

Funktioniert vor allem super in Südtirol mit günstigen Ladepreisen für italienische Verhältnisse. Das einzige was mich noch stört, dass ich jedesmal wieder die Kreditkarten Verbindung eingeben muss.

Um sich zu registrieren will die App zwingend deine Steuernummer und erfordert eine italienische Mobilnummer. 

Selbst wenn die App erfolgreich installiert ist, geradezu unbenutzbar. User Interface eine Katastrophe, sowohl vom Design her als auch technisch fehlerhaft.

Hotline Auskunft war: mach doch ohne App, das ginge auch. Der Direct Pay Prozess ist (einzige Option bei kleineren Anbietern wie zum Beispiel im Parkhaus) leider nicht viel besser. Im Ski-Parkhaus minutenlang bei naturgemäß schlechtem Empfang mit kalten Fingern ins Handy getippt. Bei jedem Abbruch geht der Vorgang wieder ganz von vorne los. ich habe dann irgendwann entnervt aufgegeben. 

Die Schnelllader im Dorf stehen etwas abseits. Das ist unpraktisch. Immerhin konnten sie mit meiner RFID Card aktiviert werden. 

Für die Region Südtirol in der Form ein echtes Hindernis. Bitte verbessert euch da zügig und substanziell.

Der Registrierungsprozess ist nur für Italiener gedacht und es bedarf einer ital. Handynummer. @Neogy wir sind seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt in der EU und im EU Binnenmarkt angekommen! Undurchsichtiges Preismodell und Prepaid Karten, die sich der Tourist in den wenigen Tourismusbüros mit den Mittagspause Öffnungszeiten abholen darf. So geht wertvolle Urlaubszeit mit Behördengängen verloren was niemand im Urlaub braucht. 
Was für ein Schaden für die Urlaubsregion Südtirol und ein Grund in anderen Gebieten den Urlaub zu verbringen. Es zeigt sich immer wieder, dass kommunale Politik und monopolistische Energieversorger völlig inkompetent in der E-Mobilität sind und Nachhaltigkeit mit Abzocke verwechseln.
