The app first had issues with being accepted then someone from the team reached out personally and made sure I had a good experience logging in! Succeeded and having a blast since. An arrangement of experiences to promote and post on your socials such as fine dining, immersive experiences, modeling opportunities, I can’t wait every week to update my app and see what’s next in store. Do hope they expand beyond the current market and do different towns and states with numerous businesses. They even offer a rebate for anyone who suggests a business to them and gets accepted! Am in no way shape or form being paid or compensated for this review but you never know once you download the app what could be the next thing you get compensation for! ### 2/5 — It’s for models *2026-06-23, version 3.9.24* If you’re a food or travel creator, this may not be the platform for you. Neon Coat started as a modeling-focused platform, and despite adding restaurants and dining experiences, the approval process still seems geared more toward models and traditional influencer aesthetics than food and travel creators. As an established food and travel creator, I was asked for a modeling portfolio. If your content is centered around restaurants, travel, and experiences rather than modeling, don’t be surprised if you’re not accepted. ### 3/5 — 😕 *2025-06-23, version 3.9.12* Can’t open after upgrade ### 5/5 — I love NEON COAT *2025-03-12* NEON COAT has been one of my favorite and most used apps in the last five years so thankful that something like this exist. I hope they are around forever. Love Eyeoccupy_ ### 1/5 — Don't waste your time being a part of this *2024-10-17, version 3.9.1* If you want to be treated like trash by receiving food at a restaurant because you are a model, and posting a photo of that place, thinking that you will be treated with dignity, believe me, you won't be, the app doesn't care about you as a model. They just use you and when you are treated badly in one of these restaurants they don't care about you. It's better to pay to go to the restaurant, it's that simple and no one will treat you like trash. ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-09-05, version 3.9.1* App is not working! ### 2/5 — They make you pay to do collaborations! *2024-06-01, version 3.9* They banned me after I messaged them to let them know I was posting for unorganized offers and collaborations. What’s the point of advertising if I’m just going to pay out of pocket. it’s ridiculous. This app doesn’t know how brand deals actually work. I’ve been doing content creation for 10 years and if I’m doing a whole video review for you why am I paying for services? I’m not even getting paid. Such a scam. I went to the gym one time and I had a membership for a month after a week they told me my membership was no longer valid because they weren’t working with the app anymore. no notifications or update. Then another time they had the wrong address for a restaurant and I ended up paying. This app is just a headache. I’m better off getting brand deals on my own. They seriously need to rebrand and be more transparent about the brands they are working with. I noticed so many brands stopped working with them because of it.
