Hello! We understand that seeing a 'virus alert' on your phone can be very alarming. However, please be aware that those alerts are common misleading ads found on some websites and are not real. Our app is a secure VPN service designed to protect your privacy, and we are not associated with those deceptive links. We offer a subscription to maintain high-speed servers and provide quality service. You can rest assured that your device is safe, and we recommend avoiding those suspicious links in the future.

Hello! You are absolutely right, and the specialists at the repair shop gave you great advice. What you encountered was a 'scareware' link, not an actual virus, as iOS is very well protected. While you chose not to run our app, please know that the purpose of a VPN is precisely to provide an extra layer of privacy and prevent such malicious links from tracking your online activity. Thank you for sharing your experience and for the great tip about keeping the OS updated!
This app is the reason your hacked
Response from developer
Hello. We must clarify that these claims are technically impossible. Our app does not have access to your credit card information or any personal data on your phone; all transactions are securely handled by Apple. Please note that according to Apple's policy, deleting an app does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must do this manually in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. If you need help with a refund, please contact Apple Support, as they manage all billing for the App Store.

Hello. We understand your concern as a parent, but we want to reassure you that it is technically impossible for our app to put a virus on an iPad. Apple’s operating system is designed to prevent this. It’s likely that your daughter encountered a misleading advertisement or a 'scareware' pop-up on a website that mimicked a virus alert. Our app is a legitimate security tool designed to protect data, not harm it. We recommend checking the browsing history or other third-party games to find the source of the confusing notifications.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our pricing. We offer a weekly plan for users who only need a VPN for a short period or want to test the service. However, we also have monthly and yearly subscription options that are much more cost-effective if you plan to use the app regularly. You can find these options on the main subscription screen. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to balance affordability with maintaining high-quality global servers.
