I’ve been playing a long time and higher my level the more this is happening, maybe they’re related but don’t know. I would just report the bug to the developer instead of writing this review but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to do that. Overall I enjoy the game but this bug is making the game unplayable. ### 4/5 — Buggy *2026-08-14, version 20.1.65* Fun game, but locks up sometimes after you’re forced to watch ads. App itself doesn’t freeze as it happens after you have the option to select a new perk. And now, an ad shows up during the weapons upgrade screen just for choosing an upgrade. When it returns from the ad, nothing works. My screen doesn’t register a thing and it just freezes the game. Championship Rush is the only thing worth playing and it’s so buggy it’s stupid. Latest update has it freezing after picks. And don’t think about using special weapons in late rounds because it can bog it down and freeze there too. It used to only ask if you wanted to watch an ads to double your rewards or for upgrades. I am deleting the app as well. They can be as abstract as needed in the service of gameplay. Busting asteroids with missiles and lasers? Sure. A spaceship that can swing a sword? Also good. The glowing vector graphics fit the bill, and the music is fantastic. You typically pick 10 or more upgrades during a single run, and it’s great fun exploring how these can change up how you play and how they interact with each other.
