I love this app! It offers 4 shapes and a variety of colors. My only wish is that it offered more than just neon colors. I.e., pastels, brights and black & white colors. If it had those options it would have ! Maybe in the next update :)

This app makes it easy to add funky highlights to your pics. I really like the slider control for choosing your frame color, as it makes it easy to find just the right shade to go with your pic.

I have hundreds of photos on my iTouch and it's so nice that FreshAir has put out a couple of apps that can really enhance them. NeonFrames is a lot of fun for messing around with my pictures and putting cool frames on them.
