I feel like there being a more virtual world within the gameplay is missing. this is from the era of kids who played pixie hollow, smalleorlds, habbo hotel, club penguin, webkinz, etc. and nowadays there’s no way to really get online and play with other players. something like that would be fun. also it’s literally NECESSARY to bring back key quest and creating / decorating your Neopets home. i also think as many games on the mobile app as possible would be great because a lot of really popular ones and old school ones i can’t play at all even on my laptop and i want to. i do think we should earn more NP from the games because it’s quite minimal. and i would absolutely play more games if we earned more. i also really like the idea that we can because many games you can’t really earn your money by just playing games within the game so that’s nice. basically as much as we can get going on the app as possible would be really great i think because it’s really convenient to be able to play on the phone. i do love how the app is going so far but i hope it’s not nearly done. also lastly i think maybe there should just be a Neopets video game via xbox / playstation. i think that would be a huge hit especially if players can link their online account. i’m just saying i hope somebody thinks about this and literally incorporating as much of the game play as possible into the game, not something entirely different. thanks for reading, hope it helps! account: lexyv14 ### 4/5 — Pls add bank +shop management! *2026-07-25, version 1.11.0* This is a companion app so it’s not meant to do everything! But I appreciate being able to check in on my Neopets and doing the dailies etc. I wish I were able to make deposits into my bank, and that I could see item descriptions/actions aside from feed or wear. Such as being able to add them into my shop. Looking forward to seeing what is added. ### 4/5 — OK on the Go! *2026-07-23, version 1.11.0* I love the solitaire, this is a quick way to make sure you at least complete your daily spins and grab your omelette. My wishlist: more mobile friendly games, collect daily interest from the bank in app, shop wizard, manage my shop, battledome , fix the bug where completing one scratcher sets a timer on all scratchers ### 3/5 — It's okay. *2026-07-12, version 1.10.0* There's only three games you can play (and the Sahkmet Solitaire doesn't pause when you hit pause. The timer keeps going), and you can't do anything with the items in your inventory. Bought a stamp? Okay well you have to go to your computer to put it in your album or on the trading post. Got a junk item from the fishing vortex? Stuck there till you go on your computer. Can't check the daily quest log either. It's better than what you'd think it would be, but it has a LONG way to go before it really feels like a worthwhile addition on your phone. ### 5/5 — Great but wish *2026-07-09, version 1.10.0* Great but wish neopets would incorporate a new way to play that would be more like Adopt Me as far as walking around and even trading. I’ve tried to get my daughters interested because I loved playing growing up but they prefer the Adopt Me setup. I'm having trouble signing back in because of it!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 ### 2/5 — Disruptive ads *2026-07-01, version 1.9.1* There’s not too much reason for anyone to download the Neopets companion app, it being a shadow compared to the desktop game. The main issue I have with it is one ad in particular, where a bright red button keeps flashing at the bottom of the screen. It cripples the already lukewarm warm experience. It flashes constantly and sometimes reappears upon restarting. Super easy interface, would love to see more of the mobile web page on here and can’t wait to see what the developers do with this app! ### 4/5 — Promising *2026-06-25, version 1.9.0* Can't do much with this app yet but unlike the spinoff apps it has promise. Would like to see more of the main game migrated to mobile like this. The ads are fine to fund the site but it doesn't seem like there's any actual advertisers? The X button on the top right is also almost completely out of frame on both iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 17. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is Terrible *2026-08-23, version 1.13.0* The games are limited and the system seems to fail every time you try to submit a score. There should also be a lot more than 4 mobile games available for play. Hasee Bounce, TNT Smasher, Kass Bash, TNT Staff Smasher and many more are mobile friendly games. I don’t understand why they’re not available to play on the app. You can’t access the Explore page from the app either, which is where I go to deposit money in the bank and check my pet into a hotel. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-08-22, version 1.13.0* Sign in thru apple doesn't work, get a error everytime. ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2026-07-23, version 1.11.0* Yeah nevermind I take my previous positive review back. Although I’m SURE my login is correct, I’ve tried the “forgot password” button at least 5 times over the last two days and nothing. No, it’s not in my spam. I’ve tried multiple emails just in case, even though I can see what email I’m using in my Neopets web browser. I’ve tried different variations but I can’t even find a way to just submit a support ticket through neopets. It says I need a login for something else. Come guys…why are you making this impossible? Really disappointed-been playing for 27 years and have always wanted the app so this is a HUGE bummer. It’s limited in what you can do, but I’m excited for it to expand and to include more. The new owners are so much better, finally fixed the site and they have really good support again ### 5/5 — The day the quest log makes its way to this it’s over for me *2026-08-02, version 1.11.1* There’s obviously still reason to visit the browser for more in depth stuff, I know a large population wants to see more games on this but personally I think it’s best prioritised for actual dailies that just need doing. Most of the quest log dailies are doable from this app so it would be amazing if you could just clear those out while you’re here rather than open the browser to collect your stuff. That said, I love where this is at, being able to search in game shops with a pseudo shop wizard, smash out a quick game, get most of your wheels done, fishing vortex and omelette are a fantastic touch as well. I’m looking forward to see where it goes, and what more gets added. It’s a great check in tool, it doesn’t need to be a fully fledged wrapper of the site, but I’ll love it when there’s more to clear off anyway. Also while I’m here I’m just putting in my vote to by some means necessary bring back the ability to natively play the Hannah games without a 15 step process that involves creating a boxed environment on my PC ### 5/5 — Too good 🤩 *2026-07-28, version 1.11.1* My favorite app of the century is the best app I ever played and I hope they had a lot more but why I do this review it’s because I really want y’all to download this.
