Now I can’t gather food to make omelettes and my pets became hungry. Hopefully this will get fixed in an update soon. ### 2/5 — Fun buuut… *2026-07-31, version 1.14.0* I can’t complete my tasks because the wood logs and water droplets barely ever spawn from debris, and there’s no way to create them. I’ve been stuck on two tasks for over a week now, even with playing every single day and collecting debris several times a day. There needs to be a way to make logs & water droplets so these tasks can be completed. I haven’t even been able to get to level 3 because of this!! Also, the lighthouse glitches into the ground constantly and looks horrendous. ### 3/5 — You need an update *2026-07-23* I really enjoyed the game but In my opinion if you want to make a game more fun,enjoyable,interesting ,engaging and entertaining then you need some updates and I think the game should add a home for the ant guy and the red fox thing so that players can find out more about both of there backstory that way YouTubers might make videos about the game so that other players can get to know the backstory about the ant guy and the red fox thing so the game can be more popular **Developer response:** Hi! This app is a good way to earn neopoints for your account thru neopass, but that’s pretty much it. The game is slow and pretty glitchy which is frustrating. The content itself and the minigames are also quite boring and not engaging. The process of building enough decorations to actually make your space cute, growing produce, making omelettes, etc is so slowwww and dragged out. And I am NOT paying any of my real money to speed it up. It just makes it so boring that you lose interest really quickly unless you’re looking for a way to earn extra NP. ### 2/5 — It’s meh *2026-07-13, version 1.14.0* The game isn’t complete. The only purpose of it is to fulfill daily requirements for main site. ### 4/5 — Love it, but… *2026-07-09, version 1.14.0* The game is great if you’re a regular Neopets player and want to received additional neopoints and work towards rare items, but the game itself is very unfinished and has been for years now. I would love to see the story and quests expanded to the rest of Dacardia but there doesn’t seem like there’s any plan for that to happen anytime soon (if ever). ### 2/5 — App store store shovelware with Neopets branding *2026-06-25, version 1.13.5* Checked this out as a returning Neopets player and... this game was so clearly designed around pitching the ROI to investors that it hurts to play. Thinly veiled attempt at minimal dev budget + maximum profit, no originality or fun to be had in either the concept or execution. It's always a bad sign when your main engine for both adoption and retention seems to be bribing main-game Neopets users into playing for such high Neopoints rewards they'd be stupid to turn down. If this was a good game I'd play it to support the site, but it's just not. ### 3/5 — Lack of Resource Population *2026-06-15, version 1.13.5* Initially an interesting and fun game. I like that it is connected to my Neopets account so I can gaming items/NP from playing. However, the game does not populate needed resources often enough to progress in the main story line, i.e. driftwood. Other than that, it has the potential to be a great game except its lack of progress potential. ### 2/5 — I WANT to love this, but the developers make it impossible. *2026-06-12, version 1.13.5* I was so excited about a Neopets world-building game on my phone. But the app just turned 2 years old and there’s been ZERO progress on the plot development, just countless “donation domes.” The game has lost all appeal and feels like a freaking chore. Please for the LOVE, add more actual content to the game. ### 2/5 — Account gone *2026-06-03, version 1.13.0* Account progress is gone. Customer support is aware and as far as I can tell have done nothing about it. Any request I send to them in the last couple weeks have fallen on deaf ears. Recommend not to spend money on this game. ### 2/5 — Potential *2026-06-02, version 1.13.0* This game has A LOT of potential which is why I gave it 2 stars but it kind of feels like the developers want you to lose your mind while playing. I love neopets and I like mission based games so this should be a no brainer but it feels like the game is just over complicated. You can’t skip any dialogue which gets annoying fast. To complete missions you need materials. Some materials are only found in these random boxes that generate on the beach and it’s very hit or miss to get the items you need to complete the mission. You get neopets to help you gather items for missions but you have to feed them and they get hungry without doing anything. It they get too hungry you can’t use them to do anything and God forbid you don’t have the materials to make them something to eat It feels like the developers are intentionally making it harder than what it needs to be, very glitchy and literally death on a bicycle It suck’s because it’s not a bad idea it just executed very poorly ### 2/5 — Could be fun *2026-05-22, version 1.13.0* Unfortunately this game has major UI problems in tandem with being a slogging, material grind-and-sink type of game that makes any potential enjoyable aspect of it pale in comparison to how difficult it is to keep pushing yourself to play this game. Thanks, TNT ### 1/5 — Promising but Infuriating *2026-04-13* I like the concept of this app and even the gameplay is pretty much my speed. However, after over a year of doing dailies and waiting patiently for new content, that patience is wearing thin. There is currently barely any story/plot to play and the same donation drive event every single month. For a while it was fine because at least you can get rare items for your Neopets account. But currently with Neopass linking not working, it feels absolutely worthless and actively making me angry to be strung along on this app that never gets updated and is constantly full of bugs. Not only that, but they raised the pearly negg prices exorbitantly in the quickfinger shop so that buying the rare stamps that made the game even slightly worth it is now a hercluean task. It feels like nobody cares to make this app enjoyable or give it new content. If you don't have the resources to maintain the app then just put it down. **Developer response:** Hi! Then the game froze on me so I closed it and when I reopened it, the damn thing reset again. Thanks, TNT ### 1/5 — Unfinished gotcha tactic *2026-02-26, version 1.11.5* Totally unfinished. Rather than open more areas they seem to just do gotcha grabs with the main site. It asks you to select an area but even the first one is not fully open. Basic paint brushes for pets and building are uncraftable so you’re forced to either hoard your pearls or P2P which seems to be spreading across all the Neopet platforms. Avatars linked between mobile and main site make it more undesirable to play if you are main site player here for .com items. Staff and team seem oblivious to what the players are asking for and wanting pushing for cash play. I’d invest but past games also failed and without proper incentives for my work I feel the brand will just be a rug pull. Half developed game should have been better thought out for players. Especially since many .com players are long time committed players with dead ends in this game. I’d give it better ratings if they balanced the ability to properly gather and craft with in the game for pet and building customization. As well as with the linked main site. Actually developed more not leaving it with a clearly unfinished feeling and balance the player ability with .com exclusives. Other wise it’s just repetitive game play. Update to my review. The game has actually gotten worse. Same repeated evens. No extra time to claim items. Main site items so over priced players are nearly forced to buy in game currency. No game play if you finished the very short quest line. If I redownload and play without logging in it starts fine, but when I login again it get stuck loading. Thanks, TNT ### 1/5 — Good but not enough to do *2026-08-05* The game is fun enough. I got stuck after 2 days due to the event going on and a section of my island not being unlocked yet. However, once I managed to get past that road block I was able to complete all of the main quests, side quests, and events quests within a couple of days. That being said, I am now done everything possible. I will continue to play solely for the neopass rewards though. If you don’t play neopets or don’t have neopass I don’t recommend the game honestly. For a game that has been out as long as it has been I am shocked by how glitchy the game still is, and at the lack of storyline/progress you can make. Edit - my neopass unlinked in April and I still can’t reconnect it. The game is pointless without it as there is no game, the neopets awards are the only reason to play. I have sent in numerous tickets and the support team has had no solutions and continues to close the tickets without resolving anything. They continue to do events but have no additional ways to earn pearly neggs. The pirate guy’s wares have gotten insanely expensive, likely in an effort to get folks to pay for the pearly negg packages. The wheel spin gives you site items, until you get to the 10/10 spin, then you conveniently get an app item, yet you see the same users consistent having the rare site items from the 10/10 spins :/ something is super fishy and unbalanced there & devs are not checking it out. At least this app doesn’t crash consistently but it still glitches randomly when you go to get the 5 free pearly neggs daily. (Also why 5 such a low amount that it is a waste of time) ### 1/5 — Happy to Steal Your Money! *2026-07-30* Update: After WEEKS of trying to get a person to talk to me they cancelled my ticket due to inactivity. Then finally after two months a person looks at my problem and they obviously did not read my email and just told me the problem was I have an old version? That’s because the video I sent was from TWO MONTHS ago. They do not care. Nothing will make them care about this game. What a joke!! This is a cute fun game but when we ran into problems basically immediately they were no help! A glitch in the game has cause us to be stuck and unable to complete the first level! Multiple dollars and multiple help tickets sent to them and we have received one single reply in over a month! They don’t mind taking your money but if the game is broke. Thanks, TNT ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-23* Not only are there only two chapters that you can beat in a single day (downloaded and just started playing yesterday. Beat all the chapters available), but this app is extremely buggy. Things you fix look like there's no change. Ariel keeps asking you to color new Neopets homes red, even though you already changed their color to something else. Or what if you like the default blue? Nope. She doesn't accept that. Her quest will stay until you talk to her and craft yet another stupid red paint roller and then you have to craft a different one after you are FORCED to change the color of the house to red, so you wasted at least one essence and roller depending on if you had changed the color before or not. I have wasted TWO now. This is stupid. I have tapped a pet to talk to them, just for them to slingshot into the rocks and be unable to be spoken to and they don't move until I relaunch the app. I just started playing today and have experienced way more bugs than a game that has been out for a couple of years should have. It's terrible. The ONLY thing that makes this app even remotely worthwhile is the app exclusive items you can get on your Neopets account if you have your Neopass connected to it. That's it. At least Faerie Fragments is playable. This one is buggier than a beta test. This is not a full game. If you are going to release a game that only has a chapter or two available, you should be adding more with updates. This game did not only recently come out. It has been out for a minimum of a year. This game has been sitting unfinished for so long. It is going down the same route as Faerie Fragments: nearly abandoned and staying 'alive' only because of events. **Developer response:** Hi! The mini games could be a bit more challenging but I understand this is likely targeting a younger audience (Neopets core audience has aged and tnt needs to realize this). I’ve really only encountered one bug and it’s very persistent, if I enter the pearly parlor, claim my free daily pearly neggs and quickly back out, the hud remains over the game and I have to restart it or enter the parlor again and back out. 5 stars with only minor gripes. ### 5/5 — Review *2025-11-30, version 1.10.0* Took me a while to get into it but now I love it.
